I have some leftover sets of 25 of the Point Lobos Hat pattern printed up on nice postcard stock to give away. If you know of a knitting guild or a LYS that would like a set to share with knitters, please let me know by dropping me a line me at shparmetATucscDOTedu with the appropriate mailing info. I don’t want to send out individual cards because the postage will quickly get prohibitive, but I’ll be glad to share full sets with people who can distribute them.
Thank you thank you thank you for the link to the cable fix!!! (and for visiting my blog) it looks a little scary, but straigtforward and very well explained – and most importantly, well worth the effort so I don’t have to unknit an entire front! Love the hat pattern too, might have to make one of those up soon….
I just found your site via mag knits, and I love it! I am in Santa Cruz too, so I was quite excited to find you! I love your Santa Cruz Hat- I will have to make it soon!
Thank you for your lovely comment on my blog. I am quite enjoying yours as well! I love your layout. Looks like you’ve been blogging about as long as I have:) Isn’t it fun?
Happy knitting!
Thank you for posting this hat pattern. I made several this summer as spring/summer chemocaps – two for people I know with cancer and several more to go to local hospitals. They were quick to knit, simply lovely, and well-received. I will try some of your other hat patterns for cold-weather chemocaps as well. Thanks again.
